Final packages are generally sent out within two weeks before your date of departure. We emphasize again that your final package will be sent out and not received by you within two weeks prior to your tour departure date. Final package will include the following: finalized tour itinerary, name badges, luggage tags, and hotel information. Tickets will depend on whether or not you choose to use our add-on flights.
If we are handling your visa to China, your passport will be sent back with your final package by 2-day FedEx.
If you obtained your own visa, your final package will be sent by standard postal mail.
If you have a connecting flight to San Francisco booked by China Focus, airline tickets will be included in your package and sent by 2-day FedEx even if you obtained your own visa.
Certain domestic flights within China, especially when they are not flown on Air China, will be issued and given to you by your guide in China. These flights (if any) will be bolded and underlined in the finalized tour itinerary.
For those who are joining directly from SFO, meaning either you live in the Bay Area or you purchased your own air to SFO, airline tickets will not be included in the package. They will be given to you in person at the SFO airport by a China Focus representative.
