The balance of tour payment is due 50 days prior to departure. Final payments not received by the due date are subject to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. In the event that a reservation is made less than 50 days before the trip, full payment must be made immediately.
Payments received 1-10 days overdue will assess a $50 late fee per invoice, not per person.
Bounced checks will assess a $20 fee per check.
Installment payments will incur a $15 fee per payment.
If you decide to switch payment types after a deposit has been made, there is no penalty, but requests must be submitted in writing to our office. Depending on whether you're switching from check to credit card or vice versa, your invoice will be adjusted the difference if you qualify or no longer qualify for the cash discount rate.
If your final payment has already been charged to your credit card, the transaction cannot be reversed. Therefore, switching payment types is not allowed at that time.
