The Holiday Inn Express (renovated in Feb. 2008) is centrally located near the Temple of Heaven and Forbidden City. With over 300 hotels throughout China, this one is the largest Holiday Inn's with 316 rooms. Instead of the traditional complimentary continental breakfast you're used to here in the states, it's a breakfast buffet with a variety of Chinese and Western dishes to choose from. Although Holiday Inn chose not to apply for a star rating in China, they're considered a very good 4-star accommodation (up to US standards).
