Booking Procedure
Step 1
Look through our tour packages and select a tour that best suits your budget and interest.
Step 2
Review the itinerary and then click on the "Dates and Prices" tab to see available departures.
Step 3
Click on the "book now" link on the right of your desired departure to sign-up.
Step 4
Complete the 4-step sign-up form, and submit your application.
Step 5
We will review your application and send you a link to make your deposit.
Step 6
You may make your deposit by clicking on the secured link provided in the email we sent.
You must make a deposit to secure your spot on the tour.
Step 7
Fax or email us a copy of your passport.
Step 8
Once your tour is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation as well as an invoice.
Step 9
Pay your final balance by credit card or personal check.
Final Payment is due 50 days prior to your departure.
Step 10
We will mail you a final package including your final itinerary, name tags and luggage tags approximately 14 days prior to your departure.
