- The quality of the hotel accommodations and food was astonishingly first-rate. I expected a drab, "best-available," utilitarian approach to introducing Westerners to China. Not so. The hotel rooms were arrayed in marble, recessed lighting, and feng-shui decor. The hotel rooms are vastlly superior to what you find in Europe. The food was a veritable daily banquet. Our national guide, Han, was beloved by our group; he kept watch, like a shepherd tending his flock, over a disparate group of teenagers, young 20's, and middle-aged and retired people. The first thing I did the very night I got home from China was look on the Chinafocustravel website and talk with the two 20+ year-old somethings who had accompanied me, about booking another trip to China!

We just returned form a fabulous 29-day journey of a lifetime trip to China. We want to thank you for a memorable experience of your country. From the moment we arrived at Beijing Airport and were met by our National guide Ford, we felt very welcomed and secure in a foreign land. Through his expertise he made sure we arrived early to all sites, handled all changes with ease. Ford's personality and humor and as well as his knowledge gave us all a true insight into China.
Thanks to Ford, we will always remember this trip as the best we have ever experienced.
Our hotels were excellent and the food was wonderful. The cruise on the Princess Jeannie was just beautiful. All our local guides were very knowledgeable, especially Michael in Beijing, and David in Guilin. All in all, this was a terrific experience.
Hopefully, someday, we will return to China and will recommend China Focus to all our friends.

- Thanks to China Focus and Michael Yang and his team of tour guides in China. The phrase we would use to describe our experience is- total value from money spent.Michael Yang and his team of local guides made us feel very welcome in China.Michael spoke to us constantly on the tour bus and even sang 2 songs for us in Chinese which was very entertaining and was appreciated by all. he made sure we had surgical mask to protect us from H1N1 flu virus. He took care of all our needs and made sure that every one of us was happy. We will never forget Michael and Chinese people for a wonderful stay in China.
The best way we feel we could say thanks to China Focus is to tell all our family and friends of our experience in China.

The guide Michael Young was wonderful, he took care of us through out the whole trip, shared with us stories about the Chinese culture and I have to say was one of the most personable guides we ever had... He was funny, caring and very professional.
The itinerary was great! We have to say, we were very tired the end of each day, but we really got a lot for our money.

- I travel all over the world. This was my first trip to China. I was expecting an ok and fun trip, however, I received the very best.

- This tour was a great experience. The hotels far exceeded our expectations and their breakfasts were outstanding. Han, the national guide, is a very competent and caring person. He watched after our smallest needs and was always available for questions and suggestions. Our group is very fond of Han and would love to be in one of his groups again.

- Our China Focus Tour was memorable and relaxed because every detail was taken care of by the company and our wonderful national guide Tony. We have so many memories of the warm hospitality and the beautiful sights. There were surprises along the way not on the itineraries, extra shows, tuk-tuk rides in the countryside, a chance to watch cormorant fishing. The Yangtze River cruise was a central part of the trip and a chance to unwind. Food, accommodations, logistics all surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend China Focus.

- Our twenty one day tour exceeding our wildest expectations! Our international guide, Wenjun "Tony" Wang should be a national treasure! This was our first trip to China and was a wonderful introduction to the culture and diversity of a massive country. We started in Beijing and went full throttle up the Yangtze, to Xi'an, Guillin and on. In each province we were met by a new local guide who regaled us with stories and history. Our guide in Guillin, David, could be a university professor he was so knowledgeable! Not least of the joys of this trip were the other people on the tour. They were all delightful and our trip to China was the adventure of a lifetime. Thank you, China Focus. We have already recommended you and will continue to do so.
