Wow!
Great trip. We had 26 H.S. Students, a teacher, an administrator a parent (me) and Ford, the #1 National Tour Guide. He really did a fantastic job in making sure everyone had a memorable trip. If you get him assigned to your tour, you will be VERY happy.
The Hotels were EXCELLENT, amazed that they were so nice, and the food and shows were good too. China Focus did a GREAT job... local tour guides Jerry in Beijing, Richard in Xi'an and Joanna in Shanghai/Suzhou were all very knowledgeable about both the history and the current events of each area, and each had a Great attitude. We had the best tour ever. We saw all we wanted to see, stayed in wonderful hotels, ate well, and had three equally great guides (Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai). The flights all went perfectly, the weather was cool, but warmer than earlier January trips, and we would like nothing more than to take another China Focus tour.

I was so pleased with the entire experience. There was such variety in the activities, places we saw, modes of transportation and types of restaurants. there could not have been a better guide than Mr. Han. Everything always went so smoothly and Mr. Han took all of us under his wing and helped us change money, make phone calls, get taxis and anything else we need help with.
My only negative comment would be that I called several times to receive my final packet but it never arrived. This also happened to several others in our group.

We just returned from a Historic China tour Nov. 10-20. We had a wonderful time. Our national guide, Han, was knowledgeable, kind, patient, flexible and fun. The tour is very well organized; buses were always on time, meals were tasty and plentiful and we had minimal wait times when we arrived at sites we visited. I have recommended this tour to my friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Han had talent for finding things people were interested in and bringing those things inyo the tour (when possible). He made juggling the needs and wants of 20 people look easy. I am looking forward to introducing my daughters to China with one of your tours and will be recommending your company to family and friends. Thank you , Han, Kelly, James and amazing bus driver ( getting thru Shanghai traffic ? most skillful ) for introducing us to China.

Dear Mr. Woo,
I would like to bring your attention to a very special tour guide in your employment. My sister, Doyaline Marchbanks , and I were fortunate enough to have had James, Xin Jijun, guide our trip to China during October 20th-November 10th of this year.
James was outstanding in his devotion to make our trip memorable. His concern for our welfare was touching. I had a problem with congestion and James arrived at my door before the doctor. When our flight was canceled, due to snow in Beijing, James kept us informed and worked to reschedule our tour. We appreciated his hard work in an unusual situation. He handled it BEAUTIFULLY.
Two ladies in our group ,Karen & Marsha, had birthdays during our tour and James made sure they were special occasions including birthday hats, special deserts, candles, and singing.
At one time while we were preparing to board airplane I had left my jacket on the carriage cart. James ran back with me, talked to the security guards allowing us to find my jacket and re-enter on time to board the plane. I would have been extremely Cold without that jacket. I think of James in the Warmest of terms.
James purchased darling souvenirs for all of us so that we could rember special times with him and we do.
Each time we left a hotel for another destination James would remind us to be sure we had our passports. THANK GOD he did because one of the couples had left all their paperwork including their passports in their hotel room. Without his reminder the entire group would have been delayed but again James saved the day.
We could not have bee in better hands.
Another asset to your company is David. very informative and he has a great sense of humor. My sister, Doy , and I left the tour for Hong Kong and David made arrangements for us to keep our room and luggage in the hotel until we left for the airport. He also returned before we left to be sure our driver too us to the airport and helped us with our luggage.
