- Incredible! We thought this would be a "trip of a lifetime" and we weren't disappointed! We've been recommending China Focus to all of our friends and family. What a fantastic trip! We were continuously surprised that it just kept getting better! The tour was well organized, the sites and events were unbelievable, the guides were knowledgeable and so helpful! From the staff in San Francisco (especially Jason) to our national guide, George Xie, and our city guides, we couldn't have been more pleased. They were helpful, friendly and efficient. We especially give George an A+++ rating! We were so impressed that everything was taken care of and ran so smoothly and the cost! What a value!!! Great job China Focus!

- This trip was wonderful! I highly recommend China Focus Tours. Our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Our national tour guide, Han, who remained with us throughout the tour, was especially helpful. I became ill and needed antibotics in the middle of the tour. Han went out of his way to help my husband obtain the drugs. I was able to continue the tour due to his help.
The Guides were one of the best features of the trip. They were very willing to talk about how the ordinary people in China live. The local guides were all great. They had a real love of subject matter and place. The gentleman who guided us through QUFU, the birth place of Confucious was especially well educated.
Another nice thing about the trip was that most meals and all sight seeing was included. There were no add-ons or surprizes.

- We just returned from the "AMAZING" Journey of a Lifetime. Our experience was enlightened by the expertise of the local guides. Whether it was Amanda in Beijing, Muhammad in Urumqi, Annie in Lhasa, the incredible David in Guilin, Annie in Shanghai or the other local tour guides who enhanced the experience to another level.
But most of all, we thank our National Tour Guide Ford. He is a fantastic young man, who had the tolerance and personality to deal with 27 individuals with different attitudes and prior life experience with skill and humor. Somehow he created a cohesive unit of friends and travel mates. Without his expertise & professionalism the "Journey" would not have shined so brightly. His ability to deal with everything and anything with ease and his constant handling of every detail was a blessing over the course of our 29 days.
Ford, we all thank you for instilling a true feeling of China in all of us.
We will always remember China, and all the fabulous sights and sounds because of you.
One thing is for sure, China Focus Travel has created an incredible value in their vacation packages. I don't know how they could give you so much for the price.

- Just returned from a great October 2008 trip and found that China Focus provided everything as advertised and more. We could not have gotten better guides and service.
George Hu (our National Guide) was excellent. He was knowledgable and funny and priovided for all our needs. I would be proud to call him my friend.
All the hotels were great and the people on the cruise were outstanding as well. And, mother nature provided us with superb weather and blue skies the entire trip!

- We just returned from the 15 Day Best of China and Hong Kong tour. The comprehensiveness and value of this tour were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour guides. They were interesting, knowledgeable, and humorous. We were attentively cared for throughout the tour, and everything was so well organized. - We booked our China Focus trip with little knowledge of China and what to expect when we got there. What a surprise, we were truly taken back by what we found. The tour was tremendous and made all the better by Michael Young. Michael was truly the highlight of the trip and without his knowledge and sense of humor I can't imagine the trip would have been half a good. The hotels were great the sites we saw were spectacular and we would recommend this tour to anyone especially with Michael as the tour guide.

- They did a great job, we never waited in line at crowded places. We were always in the VIP line. Food was plentiful though different and not necessarily the prime cuts. Sometimes I worried about stirring the soup for fear of what might come up! The tour guides were topnotch and very helpful. They took good care of us while there - no one got lost. We were very busy and kept moving and seeing. It was exciting and all the expenses were covered. The only expense you had was basically the tour guide tips and your souvenirs. Please be careful of the Chairman Mai watches as they WILL NOT WORK! Also the street hawkers of fake watches are not to be trusted or purchased - buyer be ware. Great trip, great value, great country, and great tour company.
